At Knoten Design, every piece is crafted in small batches right here in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We take care to make sure your order arrives safely and beautifully — because good things are worth the wait.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing Time
Each item is made with care, so please allow 1–3 business days for us to prepare your order before it ships. During busy seasons or high-demand periods, processing may take a little longer — we'll always keep you in the loop.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship all orders via USPS, using carrier-calculated rates based on your location and the size of your order.
Free shipping is available on orders over $50 — our way of saying thank you for supporting handmade.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door.
How We Pack Your Order
We take packaging seriously. Every solid wood piece is carefully wrapped and secured to protect it during transit. Smaller items ship in poly mailers with protective padding, while larger pieces — like our coffee maker stands — are packed in sturdy boxes with extra cushioning to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location. USPS delivery times can vary, especially during holidays.
